GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

1.Complaint. It is the responsibility of the buyer to send a complaint within three weeks of receipt of the goods in case of delay and / or defect in delivered goods.
2.Force Majeure. The following circumstances shall be considered as constituting grounds for release from the obligation to perform for the parties if such circumstances occur after the order has been received in accordance with paragraph 6, and if the circumstances present obstacles to the performance of the delivery: war, insurrection or civil unrest, government orders or other similar disposition by decision of authority, or disaster, natural disaster, fire, labour conflict or other circumstances of similar nature and significance. The prevented party shall immediately notify the other party in writing of both the appearance and the termination of such circumstance.
3.Wool is a natural product; therefore, minor colour defects can not be accepted as a complaint.
4.Prices are daily prices and can be changed, for example, by devaluations or the like.
5.Delivery terms are FCA ULRICEHAMN.
6.Delivery agreement has been concluded when the seller accepts the buyer's order. The agreement is binding on both parties if neither party cancels it within 15 days in writing. In the event that the buyer does not accept delivery or cancels a binding agreement, the buyer will pay a 20% compensation based on the order value.
7.If the buyer refuses to receive goods ready for delivery or an agreed upon delivery within the agreed period, he is nevertheless obliged to pay any fees relating to the delivery, just as much as if the goods would have been delivered. The seller hereby insures that the goods are stored separately according to the provisions of the purchase and bankruptcy laws at the buyer's risk and expense. If the buyer fails to comply with agreed terms, the seller is not required to continue deliveries.
8.Any partial deliveries must be made such that the partial delivery forms a saleable unit.
9.Interest for late payment will be charged after the due date by 0.5% / month plus current reference rate.
10.Any litigation regarding the contracted purchase shall be decided by the Swedish court, with Borås Tingsrätt as the first instance.
