Our large wool blankets are a classic wool blanket with decorative fringes measuring 130 x 200 cm.
The blankets are strong and compact in structure, woven in several layers. We use two-ply wool yarn in the warp - the longitudinal thread that is tensioned on the loom. The warp is hidden by the pattern of the wefts and forms the fringes at the ends of the filters.
The blankets are woven in jacquard looms, which allows our patterns with all their colors to stand out clearly. When weaving in jacquard, the back of the blanket is mirrored. If you remove the fringes, the blanket is almost exactly two meters long, it is a sturdy blanket that provides adequate warmth. The result is a wonderfully thick and firm blanket that still retains its softness. That said, it fits just as well on the sofa as on the bed.
