General Sales Terms

Complaints: It is the buyer's responsibility to send a complaint within three weeks from receiving the goods if there is a delay or defect in the delivered goods.

Force Majeure: The following circumstances will be considered grounds for exemption if such circumstances occur after the order is received and prevent the fulfillment of the delivery: war, rebellion, civil unrest, government requisition or other similar authority actions, import or export bans, natural disasters, fires, labor disputes, or any other similar event with significant impact. The party wishing to invoke force majeure must immediately notify the other party in writing of the occurrence and cessation of such circumstances.

Leather is a natural product, and minor color variations cannot be accepted as complaints.

Prices: Prices are subject to change due to revaluations or similar adjustments.

Delivery Terms: Free delivery within Sweden for orders over 5,000 SEK.
An agreement for product delivery is concluded when the seller accepts the buyer's order. The agreement is binding for both parties unless either party cancels it in writing within 15 days. If the buyer does not accept the delivery or cancels a binding agreement, the buyer must pay compensation of 20% of the order value.
If the buyer refuses to receive the delivery or the contractually dispatched goods, they must still pay as if the goods were delivered. The seller will store the goods separately at the buyer's risk and expense in accordance with purchase and bankruptcy laws. If the buyer does not comply with the agreed terms, the seller is not obliged to continue deliveries.

Partial Deliveries should occur so that the partial delivery forms a saleable unit.

Late Payment Interest will be charged after the due date at 0.5% per month, plus the applicable reference interest rate.

Any disputes regarding the agreed purchase shall be resolved by Swedish courts, with Borås District Court as the first instance.
